This reminds me of an old western movie where the gunners meet stand face to face on a dusty road. Of course, with it being a legal matter and all, it may take a very long time for that clock to hit 12 noon and for the fatal shots to be fired but will be interesting none the less. "I'm a calling you out pilgrim." I used to carry a rio mp3 player but have sinced moved to a phone of all things as the quality is very good and much more convenient for me. Especially since you can answer a call in the middle of a song than just resume (great for gym). In fact, I think mp3 phones will be the device to eventually bring the iPod down. Just a thought.
